Dezhou Xinping Electronics Co., Ltd. has been actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities while creating employment, increasing tax revenue, and providing high-quality products and services, making contributions to public education and cultural construction.
Our company is an internship and training base for multiple universities in Texas. In July 2024, Texas Huayu Institute of Technology arranged for students from relevant majors to visit and study at our company. Xinping Electronics cooperates with the summer “Three Down to the Countryside” activities of universities to help college students complete corporate social practice and improve their professional competence.
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the knowledge related to intelligent manufacturing and improve professional competence, the “Striving for Excellence Team” from the School of Mechanical Engineering went to Dezhou Xinping Electronics Co., Ltd. from July 1st to July 7th to carry out a summer social practice activity.
In this practical activity, team members learned about the production and after-sales process of transformers at Dezhou Xinping Electronics Co., Ltd. On the production line, students witnessed the entire process from raw materials to finished products, and carefully studied the technical requirements and operating standards of each production link. At the same time, I also learned about the specific content and requirements of transformer after-sales service, as well as how to improve customer satisfaction through technical means.
In addition to practical operations, team members also had in-depth exchanges with the company’s R&D department. Through discussions with R&D personnel, everyone has gained an understanding of the cutting-edge technology and future development trends in transformer manufacturing. This is of great help to students in updating their professional knowledge and improving their professional competence.
